Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving abilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company'sthe  goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to drive organizational change and performance improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Develop innovative employee retention programs to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement.
  • Employee Development:
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Establish performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research & surveys to ensure the organization remains competitive in its offerings.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication.
  • Implement policies and practices that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Address HR-related legal and compliance issues proactively.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to leadership team and stakeholders.
  • HRIS System Management:
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HRIS to enhance data management and HR processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data, facilitating compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other organizational systems, optimizing functionality and efficiency.
  • Utilize HRIS to generate reports that inform strategic decision-making and identify trends related to workforce management.
  • Payroll Administration:
  • Supervise payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and labor laws, implementing necessary updates and training for HR staff.
  • Work closely with the finance department to align payroll systems with financial reporting and budget management.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation, fostering transparency and trust.
  • HR Budget Planning and Development:
  • Lead the development of the HR and administration budget, aligning it with strategic objectives and workforce planning.
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to forecast future HR needs, including staffing, training, and benefits.
  • Cost Control and Monitoring:
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Regularly analyze budget variances and provide reports to the leadership team, explaining discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
  • Cultivate a high-performing HR team that delivers exceptional service to the organization.
  • Change Management:
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and workforce adaptation.
  • Develop Engagement Strategies:
  • Create and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with organizational goals and culture.
  • Utilize employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and tailor engagement initiatives accordingly.
