Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in industrial automation with business development experience.

• In-depth knowledge in PLC/VFD/HMI/SCADA etc automation products and solutions (Preferred SIEMENS/ ALAN BRADLEY/OMRON/MITSUBISHI).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Electrical/Mechatronics / Automation Strong Technical, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships.

Responsibility

• Troubleshooting, Project execution, software development
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive business growth.
• Identify and target new business opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions using automation products.
• Work closely with Team/Customers to execute Projects as per timelines
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
• Possess Leadership qualities, Training & Development of Team/Customers, leads from the front
