Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Professional certification CA / CIMA
• Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a sales and marketing environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's sales and marketing objectives. Create long-term financial plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Budget Management: Oversee budgeting processes, including setting financial targets and monitoring performance against budgets. Ensure effective allocation of resources to support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the profitability and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities. Provide insights to improve ROI and cost efficiency.
• Revenue Management: Monitor revenue streams and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue. Analyze sales performance metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and optimize operational expenses. Review and approve expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Forecasting and Reporting: Develop financial forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management. Track financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Manage financial audits and internal controls.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies through financial insights.
• Financial Modeling: Create financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze potential financial impacts of strategic initiatives and market changes.
• External Stakeholders: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including subsidiaries, suppliers, dealers, distributors, and regulatory bodies. Prepare financial presentations and reports for stakeholder meetings and communications.
