Requirements:

• HND/NDES/NDT with at least 3 years experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic fields.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Experience in a food production facility at a supervisory level would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of networking, CCTV, and computer software is an additional qualification.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of promises, plant, and machinery with minimum supervision.
• Responsible to plan and handling production facility layout changes and machine layout changes to increase productivity
• Liaise with service providers to order or request specific services as needed.
• Handle insurance processes for machinery covered under the insurance policy
• Maintain spare parts stock records.
• Maintain records of all maintenance work. Prepare work rosters and schedules for subordinates.
