Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing.
• Experience with data migration and integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL, AL language, and related technical skills.
• Previous consulting experience and expertise in managing client relationships.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Customize Business Central functionality to cater to specific business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
• Perform data migration, integration, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development.
