Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing or apparel field.
• Degree/diploma or professional qualification from a Recognized University or Institute is an added advantage.
• Result and goal oriented attitude with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills coupled with People Management capabilities
• Should be a target-oriented person with eagerness to meet deadlines

• An understanding and appreciation of other peoples work disciplines.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Managing daily production processes and following up.
• Ensure and involve in the PO checking process and 100% PO completion.
• Managing labor and production efficiencies.
• Make sure of RM availability and readiness, maintaining minimum stock variances in production processes.
• Make sure the Quality FTT.
• Maintain team member discipline.
• Maintain the department cost.
• Manage material consumption.
• Maintain production end date.
• DIFOT maintaining.
• Attend team meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problem-solving by analyzing root causes.
• Involvement with the re-cut process and reconciliation process on time.
• Save up to 3% RM per VPO, get approval for extra production, return RM, and inform the merchandiser.
• Discuss the 3-month loading and aggregate plans, decide on activities, analyze the critical path, follow up on QCO activities and 7KPIs to review achievements, and solve any gaps.
• Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Work with managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Fill the WD with the supervisor and technical officer, select operations for WD-based skill, train the TMO for 7 days, and release the production module.
• Retrieve line output, check and calculate AQL failures, adjust incentives accordingly, and hand over the final incentive file.
• Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Attend all required meetings conducted by the company.
• Execute additional duties as required by management.
