Requirements:

• CIM or SLIM pass finalist is preferred
• Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing Previous experience in logistics or transport industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in both Sinhala and English is mandatory
• Should possess exceptionally good negotiation and presentation skills

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

• Achieve growth and sales target by successfully managing the pipeline
• Explore potential business opportunities with consistent field and customers visit
• Providing logistics solutions and identify customers needs and wants
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with customers Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
