Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree or diploma in transportation and logistics, or a related field or bachelor's degree In Business Administration, Marketing & Sales.

• Proven track record of a minimum of 1 year in roles encompassing business development and marketing within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• In-depth understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and the intricacies of the industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Excellent Communications, Negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the dynamic field of freight forwarding and logistics.

• Formulate and implement strategic plans to expand the company's clientele and bolster revenue streams.

• Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective market research and networking efforts.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking

Client Relationship Management:

• Foster enduring relationships with existing clients, gaining insights into their needs for consistently delivering exceptional services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely response to inquiries and concerns.

Strategic Marketing:

• Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and tailored to the target audience.
• Lead the planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, participation in trade shows, and industry events.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless service execution and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate across functional teams to align business development and marketing endeavors with the broader company objectives.
