Job Description: Senior Project Manager - SAP

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including project team members, vendors, and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status updates to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP implementation best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successfully managing SAP projects.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP projects, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, and SAP HCM.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• SAP certification(s) such as SAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Professional, or SAP Certified Master is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification(s) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
