Skills

Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Integration with External APIs, SharePoint.

Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.

Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Jira/Confluence,

Requirements

• Working within the ITS digital team, you will be supporting and extending an existing Power Platform solution, working with the wider business to understand their needs and priorities as it seeks to create collaborative and automated processes.

About You

Holding a passion for developing low/no-code solutions, youll also have a wider appreciation of the Microsoft 365 estate, assisting with SharePoint and Office solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts to gather detailed requirements from business users,
• Propose opportunities for business and technical process improvement,
• Develop and maintain PowerApps solutions,
• Document architecture and design decisions,
• Create runbooks for handover to support team,
• Act as second line support for any issues,
• Support wider MS 365 and PowerBI troubleshooting.
• Provide how-to documentation and training sessions.
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates and trends.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing PowerApps solutions.
