Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Brand Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in line with company objectives.
• Drive synergy between marketing, product development, and sales to optimize sales growth.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and monitor expenses to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in branding.
• Lead the digital team to execute effective digital campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships.
