Job Overview
Were looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead complex, high-impact projects across multiple departments. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management, especially within the banking or finance sector, who can drive delivery while mentoring junior PMs and aligning outcomes with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Align project goals with organizational strategy.
• Assemble and manage high-performing project teams.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
• Maintain quality control and resolve issues proactively.
• Deliver detailed reports and presentations.
• Mentor junior project managers to uplift PMO performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Management, Business, or related field.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or finance.
• Proven ability to lead top-performing teams.
• Experience in senior-level stakeholder and vendor management.
• Skilled in reporting and presentation delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Agile development environments.
