WE ARE HIRING: Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and expansion in the cybersecurity business.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, technical, and support teams to ensure end-to-end value delivery.

• Lead and coach a team of business growth professionals and cybersecurity experts.

• Analyze customer health trends and develop success strategies.

• Drive monthly pipeline growth with a 25% average conversion rate.

• Generate revenue and foster long-lasting customer relationships.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential customers and partners.

• Identify customer pain points and propose relevant solutions.

• Lead and manage online/offline lead generation campaigns across various channels.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales growth targets through direct client engagement.

• Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to close deals.

• Manage and grow average revenue per dealer/partner (ARPD).

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

• Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and campaign status via CRM and presentations.

Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.

• Certifications in cybersecurity or related areas (advantageous).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting cybersecurity or technology, particularly to BFSI, telecom, or system integrators.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.

• Technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools (advantageous).

• Experience with SaaS tools relevant to the role (advantageous).

• Attention to detail and ability to quickly resolve issues.

• Strong presentation skills and professional personality.
