WE ARE HIRING: Video Editor/Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for use across social media, the Banks website, and internal communication platforms, ensuring engaging and informative visual storytelling.

• Collaborate with all divisions of the Communications Department and other relevant departments to ensure video projects align with organizational objectives, messaging priorities, and delivery timelines.

• Design and integrate graphics, motion elements, and animations to enhance video content and improve viewer engagement.

• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and safe handling of all video and photography equipment, ensuring readiness and functionality for all assignments.

• Support the development and execution of multimedia content strategies that align with broader communication goals and public outreach initiatives.

• Ensure that all video and photo outputs meet the Banks quality standards, organizational guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

• Provide guidance and informal training to team members on video production techniques, use of equipment, and creative approaches to visual content creation.

Requirements:

• Passed three (03) main subjects at GCE (A/L) Examination in any stream.

• A diploma in video editing/media production.

• Minimum three (03) years of proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of showcasing previously edited video products.

• Proficient in video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.

• Capable of creating motion graphics and managing video files.

• Maintains production equipment.

• Strong storytelling and visual composition abilities.

• Innovative with fresh ideas and trends.

• Attention to detail and alignment with brand identity.

• Adaptable to feedback and project needs.

• Age between 25 -35 years as at 27.06.2025.
