WE ARE HIRING: General Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets in the solar energy sector.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the customer base.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.

• Build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solar solutions and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Renewable Energy).

• Proven sales experience in the solar energy sector or related technical product sales.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to make strategic decisions based on market insights.

• Goal-driven with a strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
