WE ARE HIRING: Mortgage Broker Assistant
- Working Method: Hybrid
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: (4:30am-01:30pm/ 5:30am-02:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist mortgage brokers in managing home loan and refinancing applications.

Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to collect and verify required documentation.

Input and maintain client data accurately in CRMs such as AFG, Flex, or Infinity.

Ensure loan files are compliant with current lending policies and regulations.

Track application progress and follow up to meet key deadlines.

Prepare and review loan documentation with attention to detail.

Support brokers in prioritizing tasks and managing workflow efficiently.

Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders through written and verbal updates.
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in Australian Mortgage brokering or lending support
- Strong knowledge of home loan and refinancing processes
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in CRMs (e.g., AFG, Flex, or Infinity)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiar with current lending policies and compliance standards
