Account Associate - GL

WE ARE HIRING: Account Associate

Working Days: Mon to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30 pm

Work Location - Colombo, Sri Lanka

JOB ROLE

• Handle all functional activities delegated by the Head of GL
• Ensure financial transactions are performed in compliance with company policies, prepare accurate and timely financial management reports & statements.
• Perform reconciliation for various accounts, analyze financial information to prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial reports including Bank Reconciliation.
• Coordinate internal/external audit process with auditors, manage book-keeping and financial systems and support the operational controller in various capacities.
  

QUALIFICATION


• Demonstrated ability to analyze and present complex financial data.
• Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles and Government Accounting Practices.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Reading for a professional/ academic qualification ICASL, CIMA or ACCA. Candidate who are from western province is preferred.
