Specific responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and  increase market share.
• Team Management & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing hands-on mentorship to achieve outstanding results.
• Customer Engagement: Connect directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional travel experiences.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including tuktuk owners, travel agencies, and local communities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the travel industry.
• Revenue Growth: Implement sustainable business practices that maximize profits and drive
• long-term success.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent our website and uphold our values in every sales activity, inspiring trust and loyalty among our partners and customers.

Must have

• A Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in sales, with a proven track record in the travel industry or related fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel and tourism market.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and strategy execution.
• The ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Tech-savviness with experience using modern sales tools and platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in adventure travel or social enterprises.
• Multilingual abilities to connect with diverse stakeholders and markets.
