Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Knowledge about Agile, XP, TDD, SCRUM, Waterfall or V-Model
• Monitoring progress of request
• Escalating unresolved incidents
• Good to have ITIL
• Technical or functional understanding of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications
• Recording and maintaining information about the 'configuration items
• Emerging standards associated with IT practice nationally and internationally
• Aware of security threats and vulnerabilities that impact and emanate from system hardware, software and other infrastructure components
• Overall 3 years of experience
