Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, and an MBA will be an added qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the retail sector, with 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
