Requirements:

• Member of CA Sri Lanka and a Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Proficient Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax regulations and compliances and Awareness of different business processes.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in the similar capacity of a diversified conglomerate.
• Minimum 5-8 years overall experience, including 2-3 years' in a reputed audit firm.
• Hands-on experience in ERPs and MS Office packages.
• Strong Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, communication skills, Ability to work Independently and Superior in People

Responsibilities

• Establish and Monitor Finance policies across the group.
• Assist GCFO in formulating Finance and Business Strategies for the group.
• Plan and manage group investments for a better return.
• Plan and manage Group cash flows while maintaining healthy credit terms/ facilities for the group.
• Review and authorize payments against company policies, tax, and accounting compliances.
• Review and finalize monthly Management Accounts of the group and report
• financial performance against expected KPIs from each business segment of the group.
• Monitor and guide in meeting KPIs of the Finance Department.
• Liaisons with Tax Consultant & Tax authorities in meeting tax compliances and handling tax matters.
• Liaisons with all stakeholders of the group for company matters (External and internal auditors, Banks, Suppliers, Customers etc)
