Requirements:

• MBA in Business or International Marketing or Sales
• Sound knowledge and in-depth understanding of Food & Beverage (local and foreign), Travel, and Tourism markets
• Minimum 8- years of experience in local and export sales with a strong track record.
• Candidate should possess strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, communicational skills, and the ability to read market trends
• Ability to deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• 1 Develop and Execute Sales Strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and achieve operational efficiency.
• Possess the knack of understanding the Strengths and Weaknesses of the existing setup and navigating the teams to seize the opportunities.
• Lead the Industrial, Foodservice/HORECA/MT, and Exports Sales Teams
• Consistently surpass or achieve the expected revenue growth for each sales unit.
• Study and research the markets, accurately interpret and translate the trends to inform the stakeholders.
• Study and implement systems to facilitate data and insight-driven decisions to reduce risk.
• Ability to drive projects and deliver the ROI on pre-agreed timelines.
• Lead from the front and nurture the sales team.
