Job Title: Country Manager for Agricultural Fertilizer Business

• working Days - Monday to Friday (may require to work on Saturday as well)

Requirements:

1. Sales & Marketing experience with an Agriculture/ Science background.

2. Experience in Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing, is preferable.

3. Must have strong sales and collection skills.

4. Excellent negotiation, customer engagement, and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.

5. Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.

6. Agriculture crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.

7. 15-20 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry

8. Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at the end-user level, floating effective revenue-generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value-added inputs

9. Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.

10. Must have to handle all Agriculture fertilizer business-related responsibilities.

3. Fostering strategic partnership.

4. Market intelligence.

5. Contract negotiations.
