Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for OmniZync.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Product Presentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of OmniZync.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Update CRM with relevant information.
Negotiation and Closing
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the communication or technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
