Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored Dynamics 365 CE
  solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to meet business
  needs.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Provide expertise in Dual Write setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Develop data integration strategies and ensure seamless data flow across systems such as
  Finance and Operations.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) to extend and
  enhance D365 CE functionalities.
• Implement Dual Write to synchronize data between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance and
  Operations apps.
• Familiarity with Azure Pipelines and CI/CD processes

3. Client Collaboration:

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using D365 CE
  solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for continuous
  improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree in Business Management/Administration or Diploma in Business Administration or Finance 2-3 years Finance & administrative background Warehousing experience is an advantage.
• Past work experience in security service, Janitorial and any other admin support service.
• Work experience in dealing with local authorities and in the field of facility management.
