Key Responsibilities:

• Support applications in C#, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, .NET MAUI, Entity Framework, and Linq.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users or monitoring systems.

• Collaborate with teams to prioritize and implement solutions.

• Analyze logs, databases, and code to find root causes of issues.

• Work with development teams to resolve technical problems and implement fixes

• Help users with application queries, providing clear instructions.

• Create and update documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs

• Implement and maintain tools to identify potential issues.

• Work with development teams to improve application performance

• Stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.

• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance application support efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or any other relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in application support with expertise in C#, Microsoft SQL, Javascript, CSS, Entity Framework, and Linq.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
