Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related tech discipline field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years IT experience with 1+ years architecture experience.
• TOGAF or equivalent accreditation is preferred.

Technical Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and their application in solution design.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, .NET).
• Understanding of security basics, including data privacy and access control.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Understanding of project and development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and innovative technology solutions.

Developing solution designs: Utilize your technical expertise and knowledge of industry best practices to design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost-effectiveness.

Working on Proof of Concept (PoC) projects: Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate the feasibility and potential of new technologies, solutions, or ideas.

Providing technical guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the development lifecycle. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during implementation.

Documentation and communication: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. Effectively communicate the solution designs to stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the proposed solutions.

Staying updated with technology trends: Continuously stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to solution design. Apply this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the solutions delivered.

Adhering to governance and compliance: Ensure that the solution designs comply with relevant governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Collaborate with the IT Risk & Compliance team to address any compliance-related concerns.
