Job Responsibilities:

• Manage social media ads to boost online sales, visibility, and engagement.
• Oversee photoshoots and create content according to the social media plan.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Ensure proper stock management and product display in showrooms.
• Visit showrooms to make improvements and gather feedback.
• Build strong relationships with banks for card promotions.
• Explore export markets and oversee expansion.
• Ensure timely product uploads on the website and align with the digital marketing plan.
• Collaborate with travel companies to drive tourist traffic to the stores.
• Create a vibrant buzz in the market to ensure steady footfall in stores.
• Inspire, support, and manage the marketing team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in the retail fashion industry is a plus.
• A higher diploma in digital marketing is an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop creative marketing plans and campaigns.
• Experience in social media content development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
