Head of Business Operations/Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead medical marketing initiatives, developing promotional strategies and plans
• Drive sales growth and expand market share profitably
• Plan and execute strategies to boost agency growth
• Supervise and coach the team for effective promotional execution
• Coordinate with Principals and Local Agents on sales, promotions, and regulatory matters
• Conduct product and skills training for team members

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leading HCPs
• MBA or professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM or recognized institution)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role and 10+ years in the Healthcare Industry
