- Board Resolutions: Prepare board resolutions and maintain corporate records.
- Document Control: Organize, track, and store legal and administrative documents efficiently.
- Business Correspondence: Draft formal communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- General Administration: Support office operations, meeting preparations, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in legal and administrative roles.
- Strong drafting and document management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
