Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal assistance to the managing director.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle HR coordination tasks, including recruitmHent support, employee records, and onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain HR-related documentation.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice management.
  • Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR or administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
