About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team and collaborate across various teams within the company. If you thrive on building scalable, resilient, and high-performing backend systems, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain backend systems for web & mobile applications, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Design & implement scalable APIs that integrate seamlessly across different systems.
• Work closely with business partners & end-users to create exceptional user experiences.
• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Optimize backend services for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement & manage automated SDLC processes for efficient software delivery.
• Provide technical leadership while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Mentor & guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.

️ Key Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core & .NET framework technologies.
• Proven ability to design & build scalable APIs for production systems.
• Solid understanding of software design & architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience in RDBMS technologies & database management.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with AWS Cloud (or other cloud platforms).
• Familiarity with Docker & containerization tools.
• Knowledge of distributed systems & event-driven architecture.
• Experience with observability tools & monitoring backend systems.
