Clearance Support Agent /Wharf Clerk opportunity in the Logistics Service Industry
location: Katunayake and Seeduwa
Work Mode: Onsite.
Working Hours: Shift basis (8 AM to 6 PM; some days require roster-based work).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Frame customs entries using the ASYCUDA system.
- Determine necessary documentation to support the customs clearance process.
- Assist and facilitate customs in the shipment examination process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCE Ordinary Level.
- Holder of Customs House Agent Certification (CHA).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent customer-facing skills (internal and external).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Effective team player.
- Resides in or near the Katunayake area.
