WE ARE HIRING : Tour Operation Executive - Jaffna Tours

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (On-site)
Location: Jaffna, Sri Lanka
Industry: Tourism & Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized tour packages based on customer requests.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm bookings.

• Coordinate with tour partners and hotels to ensure seamless tour arrangements.

• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about available tours.

• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery for all tours.

• Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.

• Familiarity with Sri Lanka's tourist attractions and travel logistics.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, and booking software).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
