Leader in Digital Transformation opportunity in Stationary Manufacture 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision & Planning: Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Identify and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders from IT, marketing, operations, and HR to ensure cohesive digital transformation efforts. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
  • Leadership & Change Management: Inspire and guide teams through change, fostering a culture of innovation. Manage stakeholder expectations and gain support for digital initiatives.
  • Technology Implementation: Assess and modernize technologies, overseeing the implementation of digital tools like CRM, ERP, AI, and data analytics.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives and align them with strategic goals. Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the digital strategy.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Enhance the customer experience through digital solutions, utilizing feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Project Management/Technology qualifications, with a focus on Data Analytics.
  • Hard core coding or IT infrastructure qualification NOT required.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in managing digital transformation projects in mid-sized companies or leading teams in DT product marketing.
  • Previous experience in Project Management and Data Analytics roles.

Skill Set

  • Ability to integrate technology from vendors and use cases into operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in business.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into digital opportunities.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing budgets and ensuring ROI on digital initiatives.
