Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our Nugegoda & Gampaha branches. The ideal candidate will provide strong educational leadership, foster academic excellence, and ensure smooth school administration while promoting a supportive learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic educational plans to achieve academic excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.

School Administration:

• Oversee day-to-day school operations, including facilities and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with education laws, policies, and regulations.

Student Development:

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
• Monitor and support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Faculty and Staff Management:

• Train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Parent and Community Engagement:

• Build positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.

Student and School Performance:

• Monitor and report on the schools academic performance.
• Implement improvement plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Principal.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience across various educational levels.
• Strong understanding of educational methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students, faculty, and staff.
