Role Overview 

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Principal to provide strategic leadership and drive academic excellence within a leading international school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a student-centered learning culture, empowering staff to achieve high performance, and upholding the institution's values, standards, and reputation. This leadership role requires a highly accomplished education professional capable of creating an inspiring learning environment while ensuring operational, academic, and administrative excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to drive academic excellence and improve student achievement.
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing academic and support teams.
• Guide staff in achieving institutional goals, values, and educational objectives.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for students, staff, and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the onboarding, integration, and professional development of new staff members.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance through objective and performance-driven standards.
• Oversee branch financial discipline and support effective resource management.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Strengthen the school's academic performance, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider school community.
• Drive initiatives that promote holistic student development and educational innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• A Master's Degree will be preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior academic leadership role such as Vice Principal, Principal, Head of School, or an equivalent position.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum management and educational standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance, professionalism, and student discipline effectively.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to build productive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to educational excellence.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Additional language capabilities will be an advantage.
• Strong administrative, business management, and digital literacy skills.
