Senior QA Lead


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, supporting their growth.
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases based on project requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
  • Optimize and implement test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
  • Improve QA methodologies, tools, and processes for better efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Stay updated with emerging QA trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ️ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in QA and software testing.
  •  Proven ability to lead QA teams and deliver high-quality software products.
  •  Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC.
  •  Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.
  •  Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with web-based, mobile, and enterprise applications.
