Position: General Manager - Real Estate

JOB ROLE

Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelors degree, in Finance, management, civil engineering, architecture or any related field in real estate and property management. Having a Masters degree or professional certifications in management, real estate management or in any related field would be an advantage.
  
  
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role related to property development, real estate or any related industry

Responsibilities:

•  Property Development Strategy:
  Lead the development and execution of a long-term property development strategy, ensuring alignment with the company  growth objectives and market trends. Evaluate and propose development projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, assessing their feasibility and potential ROI. Conduct detailed market analysis, risk assessments, and financial modeling to guide investment decisions. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects meet all legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  
  
• Project Management and Execution:
  Oversee the entire lifecycle of property development projects, from concept design to completion. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Implement best practices for construction management, ensuring that quality standards are maintained, and risks are mitigated.
  Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
