The primary purpose of this role is to ensure seamless logistics operations for merchants selling on the  e-commerce platform. By overseeing logistics processes, coordinating with merchants and logistics partners, and optimizing order fulfillment, delivery, and returns management, this position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. With a focus on quality control, compliance, and performance monitoring, the Merchant Logistics Lead ensures that logistics operations meet standards and contribute to the platform's reputation for reliability and efficiency

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
