Requirements:

• Responsible in preparing and reviewing monthly and annual reports.
• Responsible in handling the Consumables purchases and reviewing against budget.
• Responsible in cost management activities, cost monitoring and controls whilst providing, analyzing & interpreting of financial information.
• Responsible in approving non trading purchase orders.
• Responsible for budgetary preparation & controls and provision of clear guidance and direction for finance staff in order to generate proper cost center and profit center reports.
• Responsible for reconciling critical ledger accounts prior to monthly account closure.
• Passing of all month end journals and ensuring that all ledger accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Supervise & Report CAPEX purchases and monitor movement of assets
• Coordinate with suppliers frequently on non-trading purchases

Tasks and Responsibilities:.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 02 years experience in a Senior Role.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
