Position: Senior Application Consultant

JOB ROLE

Requirements:

• Ability to work under Sales and consulting driven Culture. 
• Strong Solution delivery expertise with min 5Years of Market Experience in the Application delivery and solution consulting for Digital transformation projects.
  
  
• Strong applications consulting background for min 5 years in the area of ERP, CRM, Custom application development (functional) and Analytics.
  
  
• Experience in rolling enterprise applications and Certifications Microsoft Dynamics, SAP B1, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce CRM and HCM applications would be a Plus point
  
  
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  
  
• Strong Delivery and team management skills
  
  
• Problem solving and Analytical mindset
  
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and initiative driven personality
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science /Business or MBA or relevant professional qualifications.
  
  
• Full or part qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CMA, CIM or IPM is a plus
  point

Responsibilities: 

• Will be Responsible for leading the Application consulting for key SAAS offerings of the division across the regions
  
  
• Will Lead- Develop and plan the recruitments of the application consulting team for the scale up plan
  
  
• Will Lead presales consultancy and professional services such as trainings, implementations, and consulting offerings.
  
  
• Will Be a champion in the Key Digital transformation applications such as CRM, HCM, Analytics, Service Desk and Low code development tools
  
  
• Will Ensuring close relationship with Key Customers and driving customer success practice from consulting perspective
  
  
• Will provide CXO consulting for the key Digital transformation applications
  
  
• Will Work closely with OEM /Product principles and Senior management team in executing the market development and channel development initiatives
