Position: Oracle Functional Consultant

JOB ROLE

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field
  
  
• 3-5 Years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionality
  
  
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and data migration
  
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Relevant Oracle certifications (eg-  Oracle HCM Cloud) are a plus
