Job Title: HR Manager - Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day overall HR related activities in the retail HR operations
• Drive end to end recruitment & selection process for retail to ensure that vacant positions are filled with suitable and experienced individuals on timely basis
• Implement and execute strategic initiatives time to time delegated by the Management and ensure objectives are achieved
• Identify Training & Development needs of the retail staff and address them with a timely plan
• Reward and recognize employees on timely basis based on their performance and execute employee recognition programs
• Assist to and align business objectives and strategies with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each branch/ outlet and evaluate staff performances against them on timely basis
• Handle employee related grievances, disputes and conduct disciplinary procedure as and when required
• Ability to initiate and drive various other HR related projects

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification in HR (MBA in the same discipline is preferred)
• Around 5 years of working experience in a managerial HR Role
• High work ethics, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent knowledge of labour regulations and with modern HR practices, strong organizational skills and superior Interpersonal skills
