Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Lead: Take full ownership of our social media strategy to ensure consistent growth and engagement across all platforms.
• Content Creation: Generate innovative ideas for posts, stories, and videos, and collaborate with the team and leadership to execute them.
• Video Editing: Create high-quality videos using tools like CapCut and other editing software.
• Social Media Management: Manage multiple accounts, create content calendars, and drive measurable growth for each platform.
• Creative Leadership: Design bold and creative campaigns that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum results.
• Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, video editing, and crypto/blockchain industries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and growing multiple social media accounts.
• Exceptional video editing skills, especially with tools like CapCut.
• Strong creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas independently.
• Self-starter with a leadership mindset and the ability to take ownership without constant direction.
