Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our client base and enhance our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses find the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within the recruitment sector.
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking events & etc
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our recruitment services and capabilities.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and our company.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and recruitment processes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
