Requirements:

• Candidate should at least be pursuing the CFA designation.
• Must have 6-8 years of experience on the buy-side and/or sell-side.
• Strong research background across all disciplines: Fundamental and Quantitative.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (both written and oral English).
• Sound quantitative and analytical ability.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage/delegate custom research requests and consultancy relationships that require specialized project management.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the research department, ensuring accuracy of work.
• Managing and developing the research team.
• Provide clear and consistent communication of project initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the assigned asset class
• Lead and execute research-related projects
• Participate and contribute in client meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Engage with clients to identify the opportunities available through the strategic use of our data research.
