Job Description 

  • Fluency in English .

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field).
  • Experience in customer service or tele calling roles is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service.
  • Experience in education consulting or study abroad services is preferred.
  • Ability to convert inquiries into leads or consultations.
  • Knowledge of selling techniques and how to handle objections.
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with prospective students and their concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and update status.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel) for reporting.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
