Job Description
- Fluency in English .
- Ability to articulate clearly and confidently on the phone.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field).
- Experience in customer service or tele calling roles is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service.
- Experience in education consulting or study abroad services is preferred.
- Ability to convert inquiries into leads or consultations.
- Knowledge of selling techniques and how to handle objections.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure lead nurturing and conversion.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with prospective students and their concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and update status.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel) for reporting.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
