Requirements:

• Bachelor or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical) from a recognized professional institute.

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field.

• Experience in Electronics manufacturing will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

• Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, Follow through commitments and meeting deadlines.

• Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is necessary. Hands-on experience with MS 365, Advanced Excel and an ERP system preferably with SAP will be an added advantage.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects, manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, own project schedules/delivery targets & budgets, report to stakeholders.

• Customer Relationship Management: Gain a deep understanding of customers technical requirements and provide solutions/evaluate feasibility, Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Product cost calculation: Calculation of product costs based on MPC and PPC results. Proposal of cost-plus pricing to CPM, BDM or CSM for discussion. Final pricing decision with CPM, BDM or CSM.

• Leadership: Self-leadership, leading in a project set-up, leading without disciplinary responsibility.

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, maximizing CM2 contribution, minimizing quality costs
