About the job Head of IT

Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, with a particular focus on SAP systems and other peripheral systems.

Define the roadmap for Analytics, SAP rollouts, upgrades using Fiori, and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

SAP Implementation and Management:

Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Rollouts and change requests.

Ensure the successful integration of SAP systems with other business applications, such as finance, HR,Operations and supply chain management.

Oversee the customization, configuration, and optimization of SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce SAP best practices, standards, and policies.

IT Infrastructure and Operations:

Manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security systems.

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

Team Management and Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective communication,coordination, and timely delivery of IT projects.
Manage the IT budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-efficiency and value for the organization

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a definite advantage
Relevant certifications in SAP and project management (e.g., SAP Certified Professional, PMP) are an advantage.
Prior experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on SAP implementation and management.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects and managing complex IT projects.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and data management principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
