Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and develop a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and hiring needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent availability and compensation trends.
  • Develop and write compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms to advertise job openings and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Manage the offer and acceptance process, addressing any concerns or questions from both parties.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Marketing or other.
  • 1 - 2 years of proven experience Talent Acquisition / Human Resource /  client handling / customer handling / business coordination / project coordination
  • Prior experience in recruiting for IT roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach in work assigned.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
