Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and develop a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
- Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Conduct market research to understand talent availability and compensation trends.
- Develop and write compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Utilize various platforms to advertise job openings and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Manage the offer and acceptance process, addressing any concerns or questions from both parties.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Marketing or other.
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience Talent Acquisition / Human Resource / client handling / customer handling / business coordination / project coordination
- Prior experience in recruiting for IT roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach in work assigned.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
